Or is it a pair of G35s?

Sorry for the ruse with the logo - I actually bought some 7.1 surround headphones. Available for $269 at Walmart and other places, I found these at my usual spot - the Goodwill Outlet - for a buck or two. They’re ugly, with the “leather” flaking off the earcups and headrest, and the braiding on the USB cable separating in places due to improper cable storage, but they work perfectly, fit comfortably and sound decent. Now that I have neighbors in my building again I can’t blast the stereo like I used to, so these make a decent alternative. They also make the perfect place to mount my head tracker, if I can find it...

I had a pair of those. The build quality is atrocious, as you’re finding out, but damn they sound good.

Have the wireless ones myself. I've never heard a pair of headphones creak so bad but the audio is great. Do be mindful that raising the mic up to mute doesn't always work as intended.
